Use this form to cancel a contract you concluded with us, for example a domain package for your own domain, a Recap or a Group Landingpage. You do not need to sign in.

Type of terminationExtraordinary termination for good cause

The contracts have a fixed term and do not renew automatically. Ordinary termination before the end of the term is excluded; you can terminate for good cause at any time.

We will send the confirmation of your notice to this address.

Which contract are you cancelling?

For example party.example.com — for a Recap, the name of the event; for a Group Landingpage, the name of the group.

It is shown at the top of your invoice, for example EH-RG-000017. No number to hand? Submit anyway and we will check manually.

You can state the good cause here. It is not a required field.
