The right of withdrawal applies only to purchases made as a private individual. There is no right of withdrawal for purchases made as a business or organisation.

We will send the acknowledgement of receipt to this address.

It is shown at the top of your invoice, for example EH-RG-000017. No number to hand? Submit anyway and we will check manually.
